TAIPEI (Reuters) – The leading U.S. diplomat in Taiwan stated on Wednesday there was no factor for China to utilize the transit of the Taiwan vice president in the United States as a pretext for intriguing action, Sandra Oudkirk, director of the American Institute in Taiwan, informed a press conference in Taipei.
