I simply like these little reindeer cupcakes! They are so easy to make, that my little woman was making them on her own, without support, after simply revealing her how to do it as soon as!  It is an enjoyable activity to do with your kids on a cold, snowy December afternoon.  And, they are simply as much enjoyable to consume as they are to make!

  1. Make the chocolate cupcakes as directed on package.
  2. Frost them with the chocolate icing.
  3. Use 2 mini pretzels as the “antlers”, one on each side. Press them into the icing carefully.
  4. Place 2 sweet eyes, right under the pretzels.
  5. Place the mini vanilla wafer under the eyes.
  6. Using a little baggie as a piping bag, scoop a big spoonful of icing into the bag, and cut off the corner idea.
  7. Put a little dot of icing on the middle of the vanilla wafer, to hold the red m&m; nose.
  8. Press the red m&m; nose onto the icing.
  9. Repeat up until each cupcake is completed.
