KYIV (Reuters) -Russia released about 15 cruise rockets at Ukraine’s capital on Tuesday, the 2nd attack in as numerous days, with air defence systems shooting all of them down, authorities stated, after air raid notifies shrieked over the majority of the nation.
“As at the front, the plans of the aggressor failed,” Serhiy Popko, head of the Kyiv’s city military administration, stated in remarks published on the Telegram messaging app.
